Receptionist/administrator/bookkeeper

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate billing.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Manage office administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Provide support with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy in all communications.
- Operate phone systems to assist with communication within the office.
- Be able to communicate verbally with in-person and over the phone clients
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential; familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Experience with office administration tasks including filing systems and document management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration within the team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
