Service Administrator

Our Canadian client is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of engineered systems and they are looking for a Service Administrator to support their Langley branch, reporting to the Service and Parts Manager. If you are looking for a career, not just a job, then we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities include**:
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Process all service documents, work orders, POs, etc. following up on any deficiencies.
- Generate all Service and Parts invoicing.
- Coordinate all warranty conditions through vendors.
- Coordinate and schedule all future service requirements.
- Create efficiency reports and provide analysis to the Parts & Service Dept.
- Booking travel Arrangements for technicians and obtaining invoices.
- Facilitate vendor qualification to get on-site (Site Orientations, WCB, Insurance, COR, etc.) Certificates).
- Assist with Shipping and Receiving processes and documentation.
- Create POs for supplies, materials, subcontract services, and travel accommodations.
- Assist with physical Inventory maintenance.
- Maintaining training records for technicians.
- Assist with reception coverage as required.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone manners and customer service skills.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent with demonstrated accounting skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
