We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Merchandising Services Administrator to join our Merchandising Services team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Merchandising Services, you will support multiple office departments and all retail stores to investigate and solve pricing & promotional inquiries to ensure our pricing integrity.

You will be responsible for:

- Investigating and solving pricing & promotional inquires to ensure pricing integrity.
- Troubleshooting pricing or promotional escalations with IT.
- Working with IT to test various Merchandising and POS systems.
- Supporting multiple areas of the business including Merchandising, Marketing, More Rewards, IT, Finance, Ecomm, and Retail Stores.
- Coordinating new and existing Merchandising and Marketing programs, including testing and creating advanced offers.
- Supporting new store openings and integration.

You have:

- 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role or capacity is considered a strong asset.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
- Retail Store/Price Change experience is a strong asset.
- The ability to work occasional weekends and stat holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation (travel to various store locations may be required).

- Able to multitask with strong organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Details:
$46,000.00 - $57,500.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
