**YOUR ROLE**

Reporting to the Vice President, International Distribution DC Operations & Outbound Logistics, the Human Resources Coordinator supports the Distribution Center on a day-to-day basis. The primary role is to support the Distribution Center in the realization of the Human Resources component of their business plan/objectives while ensuring the deployment and implementation of corporate programs. **To properly support the Distribution Centre team, presence in the office is required 4 days a week.**

**Key responsibilities Human Resources Coordinator**:

- Be present on site to answer questions from associates regarding HR programs, payroll, or any other requests for information.
- Help in certain HR Tasks (i.e., deploying VOA, onboarding/departures, analyzing engagement survey results).
- Participate in the development of the action plan resulting from the engagement survey results, contribute to the implementation of certain engagement activities, and follow up on the plan in general.
- Coordination role with HR related to recruitment, departures, and occupational health and safety.
- Participate in the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for the DC.
- Closely follow up on work accident and disability files.
- Act as a change agent to support the teams in all projects that may impact the distribution center and the Supply Chain team.
- Coordinate and adapt the various training courses to the warehouse associates.
- Help employees register for corporate events.
- Support DC Team on growth opportunities.
- Work closely with DC Senior Manager to communicate and execute any needs for the DC, including townhalls, monthly team events, and contests.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a distribution center or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience with occupational health and safety programs and committees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to act as a change agent and support teams through organizational changes.
