- About the roleWe’re looking for a bilingual (French-English) Coordinator for the Direct Distribution National Human Resources Team to play a critical role in supporting our growth.

As a **_Coordinator_**, you will deliver front-line support and coordination services to your manager and to Human Resources Consultants. In addition, you will help produce and analyze reports, in addition to contributing to special HR team projects.

**LOCATION**: Anjou (7101, Jean-Talon E) or Toronto (700 University)

**What you'll do here**:
**Support to the Human Resources team**
- Perform administrative tasks in support of Human Resources Consultants (including follow-up on HPSM tickets).
- Prepare administrative and disciplinary letters.
- Assist HRCs in meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, producing reports, etc.
- Perform various administrative tasks in support of your manager and Human Resources Consultants.
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews.

**Support to HR projects**
- Actively participate in projects for the Direct Distribution HR team and for HR projects nationally.
- In collaboration with various HR teams across Canada, identify, advise and propose solutions relating to our HR processes.
- Produce documents, reports and tasks in support of HR team members.
- Qualifications**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, industrial relations or an appropriate discipline
- One to three years of relevant experience
- Essential and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingualism (English-French), spoken and written
- Excellent organizational, analytical and case tracking skills
- Attention to detail
