We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases, such as Bamboo HR & Nethriss
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR coordination or related administrative role
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Oracle or ADP
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills

**Les principaux responsabilités**
- Aider au processus de recrutement et d'intégration, y compris la publication des offres d'emploi, la sélection des curriculum vitae, la planification des entretiens et la vérification des antécédents.
- Coordonner l'orientation des nouveaux employés et s'assurer que tous les documents nécessaires sont remplis
- Tenir à jour les dossiers des employés et mettre à jour les bases de données RH, telles que Bamboo HR & Nethriss
- Traiter la paie et assurer un paiement précis et en temps opportun aux employés
- Aider à l'administration des avantages sociaux, y compris l'inscription, les modifications et les demandes de renseignements
- Fournir un soutien administratif à l'équipe RH, comme la préparation des documents, la planification des réunions et la tenue des dossiers.
- Soutenir les projets et initiatives RH selon les tâches assignées

**Exigences**:

- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou domaine connexe préféré
- Expérience avérée en coordination RH ou rôle administratif connexe
- Connaissance des processus et bonnes pratiques RH
- Familiarité avec les systèmes SIRH tels que Bamboo et Nethriss
- Grande attention aux détails et capacité à maintenir la confidentialité
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant verbale qu'écrite
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à prioriser efficacement les tâches
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
