New Product Implementation Manager

As the New Product Implementation Manager (NPIM), you will ensure the successful introduction and adoption of new products and enhancements within Network Innovations’ Business Units. Your position will involve coordinating product rollout processes for commercial readiness across our multi-national Business Units for hardware, software, and service offerings. As the NPIM, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and facilitate smooth product rollouts and handovers to the Business Units and Account Managers. The NPIM will contribute to the sustainable profitability of our company by partnering with internal and external customers, creating value-added solutions, constantly improving how we introduce our products and service offerings, and contributing to the long-term success of Network Innovations and our business partners.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation of new products, and enhancements considering factors such as logistics, distribution, and customer readiness.
- Facilitate new product discovery sessions to determine project readiness and gain an understanding of presented solutions and potential markets.
- Establish and maintain implementation plans for creating, enhancing, and deploying new products, and features; includes project timelines, resource allocation, and risk(s) assessment.
- Collaborate with relevant teams e.g. sales, marketing, activations, logistics, support, and finance to ensure alignment.
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Compose agendas and facilitate implementation meetings, including recording and distribution of meeting notes, assignment of action items, and continuous follow-up on all items until delivered.
- Update implementation tracker daily with specific focus on deliverables, tasks, and due dates.
- Develop appropriate internal policies and controls to validate the performance of critical tasks.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, partners, clients) to gather feedback and address any challenges during implementation.
- Anticipate delays and initiate alternative solutions.
- Manage priorities based on available resources, shifting as needed to meet critical business needs.
- Ensure process and implementation documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline).
- 5+ years of proven experience in product implementation, project management, Prosci® change management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies.
- A willingness to embrace and live the core values of Network Innovations

**Working Conditions**:
This position typically operates in a professional office environment. Standard office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, work outside of regular office hours and occasional travel will be required. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and software.
