Product and Implementation Specialist

The Opportunity:
The Product and Implementation Specialist will participate in the technical aspects of the implementation process for new and expanding Arsenault projects. Team members in this role are responsible for consulting with clients, gathering requirements, presenting Arsenault best practices, driving functional design consultation, and participating in the delivery of the solution using Arsenaults Salesforce platform. This team member will have the opportunity to work closely with external customer stakeholders, as well as the internal project team members, including contribution to the product roadmap and facilitating the technical integrations of a customers systems with the Arsenault Salesforce platform.
This is a remote position and we will consider candidates located anywhere in the USA and Canada.
Day to day you will:
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with customers and/or partners. Drive design workshops through use of consulting techniques and seek to understand business problems
- Creation/Contribution to end-to-end process integrations, customization, maintenance and deployment of Arsenault components (Roadmap and Implementation)
- Collaborate with the Salesforce and various internal teams for coming up with creative business solution
- Responsible for developing design specifications and delivering Implementation/support documentation and mapping
- Provides estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases, ensuring quality and accuracy is maintained
- Ensure that client configuration and business requirements documents are accurate, complete, and signed off by client
- Participate in the configuration the test and production environments based on agreed solution design; manage data uploads and conduct client demonstrations as needed
- Actively contribute to product knowledge through self-study, meeting attendance, and project participation
It would be amazing if you have:
- Experience in software implementation, preferably within a technology organisation supporting cloud-based applications, where consulting was required
- 5+ years of experience in Integration technologies
- 3+ years of experience with application integration layer and customization
- Solid experience in delivering projects using best of breed implementation methodologies
- Experience implementing VMS, ATS and/or MSP
- Experience with Data Transformation tools
- Experience with SSO preferred
- Must have experience with XML/XSL and Web Services (UDDI, SOAP, REST, WSDL)
- Workflow development and configuration experience
- Familiarity with IT transformation and experience managing business needs and requirements to IT deliverables
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the Salesforce platform
- Knowledge and keen eye for the design and development of web-based SaaS applications
- Strong background and knowledge in application development and systems
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (Visio, Excel, Word, PPT)
- Comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders; ability to work with, make recommendations and give presentations to executives at the C-Suite level
- Ability to speak to technical and business stakeholders alike, and ability to act as liaison between groups
- Strong strategic skills, with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis into actionable insights and execution plans
- Ability to breakdown and prioritize complex requirements into clear specifications
- Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Services or equivalent
