Product Manager Role WHAT YOU’LL DO: We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for bringing together CoolIT’s business objectives, customer and market requirements, and technology and innovation to drive the strategic direction of CoolIT’s Advanced Cooling Product Portfolio for data centers. You will oversee product lifecycles from ideation through to end‑of‑life. Responsibilities Oversee product management for assigned products and/or categories, including coolant distribution units (CDUs), cold plates, components, and manifolds. Define and maintain product roadmaps from concept to end‑of‑life. Develop and implement product strategies, including identifying market opportunities; determining features, technologies and innovations; setting pricing, margin and revenue targets; developing product messaging and launch plans, etc. Engage regularly with customers and partners on current and future product roadmaps. Collaborate with Business Development and Professional Services groups to identify new product opportunities, align on product forecasts and sales, and provide product guidance, documentation and training. Engage with industry partners at tradeshows, presentations, industry‑specific associations, etc. to evangelize CoolIT’s product leadership. Work closely with development teams to monitor, guide and provide critical inputs during the development and launch of new product introductions (NPI). Guide our Marketing team on key messaging and objectives for new product launches and marketing campaigns. Regular presentations and reporting to a variety of internal and external stakeholders, from senior executives to sales, marketing, services and development team members. Provide inputs to our Advanced Technology group to drive R&D and innovation that has commercial potential. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Who You Are Basic Qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience. Engineering/Technical degree. Demonstrated knowledge of hardware development and product lifecycle management. Preferred Qualifications Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Degree. Experience in thermal management solutions. Data center and liquid cooling experience considered an asset.> Experience working with large, multinational partners and customers. Skills Accountable, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented. Strategic.
