**Job Summary**
ClearDent is a dental practice management software company. We provide industry-certified technology and digital tools to dentists that streamline processes and practice operations, enabling them to focus on patient care. At ClearDent, we operate with the purpose of elevating oral healthcare technology for the wellbeing of all patients.
ClearDent is seeking an Account Manager for a **12 months contract** to help manage sales and relationships with ClearDent's existing customers. This role is responsible for ensuring the customer uses ClearDent and serves to understand the customers' demands, plan how to meet these demands and generate sales (new sales/upsells) for the company. The Account Manager operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to their accounts and acts as an interface between Customer Support and Customer Success.

**The Role**
- Revenue Generation_
- Serving as the lead point of contact and accountable for all post-acquisition sales activities, such as upgrades, additional licenses, new subscriptions, and more.
Customer service and life cycle
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by:_
- Utilizing effective customer service skills to identify the root of customer concerns and resolve those concerns by facilitating or escalating to appropriate departments
- Being the knowledge contact that works with the customers assigned directly and manage their expectation, including, but not limited to product features, service scope, contractual obligations, and more
- Executing the customer-offboarding process for those that made the decision and ensuring that the departing customers feel respected and at the same time guarding the company’s scope of service and contractual obligations
Administration
- Manage a clean and organized pipeline of business opportunities by:_
- Other duties as may be required and assigned by the Manager
**What You Bring**
- Minimum 2 years of dental industry experience, preferably at reception or office manager level.
- Demonstrated success with solving problems and advocating for customers
- Comfortable with technology, strong computer skills - you will have to become familiar with a tech stack
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to data integrity and management
- Detail oriented
- Post Secondary diploma or higher preferred
- Previous use of Salesforce CRM is an asset
**Work Environment**
- Working outside of regular business hours may be required
- Some travels are required
