As our Exceptional Chef, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the design and inspired menu that reflects your unique creating style. You will manage, train and mentor our dedicated kitchen team members. You'll work together closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure that every plate we serve is brilliant, from start to finish. In addition, you will maintain inventory levels, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with our health regulations.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Help to create and further develop unique and appealing menus that reflect the restaurant's concept.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise, mentor and train kitchen staff, promoting a cooperative and positive team environment
- Manage inventory and order supplies while minimizing waste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- Interact with Sr. team members to understand customer preferences and respond to feedback
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience as a Chef with a strong portfolio of culinary achievements
- In-depth knowledge of diverse culinarily trends and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Creativity and passion for food with a desire to innovate
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Culinary certification preferred
- At least 7 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment as Chef and 3-4 as Head Chef.

Pay: $67,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
