Vintage Hotels is seeking a full time Pastry Cook

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Prepares and cooks bakery and pastry items for breakfast, lunch and dinner a la carte menu
- Work in and maintain a clean environment
- Follow Lais Hotel Properties’ standards for food preparation
- All other duties as assigned
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- 2-3 years experience in a pastry cook role
- Basic knowledge of WHMIS is considered an asset
- Standard first aid is considered an asset
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Understand and practice of safe food handling
**Professional Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or equivalent experience
- Excellent eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills for cutting, chopping and arrangement of meals on plate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current Safe Food Handler’s Certificate
- Basic literary skills
