Boeing’s Global Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for **Talent Acquisition Advisors **to join our team in **Winnipeg, Manitoba**, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. We have a fantastic team with a work-life balance including a combination of telecommuting and working in the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides advice, guidance and training to lesser experienced staff, customers and applicants to ensure complete understanding and adherence to company wide staffing process.
- Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings.
- Conducts government conflict of interest review and coordinate with Law Department as required.
- Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within expected timeline.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Must be legally able to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Post-secondary education
- Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
- Demonstrable track record of collaborating with internal customers such as HR Business Partners and business leaders
- Experience with Workday
- Experience working with OFCCP and EEOC compliance guidelines.

**Typical Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
