**As our TA Coordinator, you will execute full cycle recruiting by sourcing and engaging diverse talent through various stages of the hiring process. As the TA Coordinator you will work closely with the HR team to assist with creating a healthy pipeline of talent across all departments.**

**Position Overview**:

- **Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.**:

- **Source, attract, interview, hire and onboard** new employees into the company.
- Foster relationships with post-secondary institutions and high schools.
- Participate in **TA planning/strategy**.
- Coordinate **international, national, provincial, or local recruitment partnerships such as provincial nominee programs**.
- Research/coordinate **grant participation** for Co-op students or skilled trade apprentices, etc.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- **Post-secondary education in HR, business administration or equivalent is required. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.**:

- Minimum of **3 years recruitment or HR Generalist experience** is required.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
- High **attention to detail and highly organized, **a clear communicator offering creative solutions while providing strong time management and prioritization skills.
