**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative **Associate Brand Manager** to join our Toronto-based team on a **16-month contract**. This role will support the management and growth of our Canadian portfolio, including Rio Mare, through day-to-day brand execution, insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to Director of Marketing, the Associate Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting day-to-day brand activities, execution of marketing programs, and collaboration with cross-functional and external partners. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their brand management career who is eager to gain broad experience in consumer-packaged goods.

**Key Responsibilities**

Marketing Program Execution

- Lead end-to-end coordination of integrated marketing initiatives, including creative development, in-store merchandising, trade shows, consumer sampling programs, sponsorships, and experiential activations to drive brand awareness and engagement

Advertising & Digital Marketing Coordination

- Collaborate with agency partners and global stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute advertising campaigns, digital content, and social media strategies that align with brand positioning and business objectives

Social Media & Community Management

- Oversee daily social media community management in collaboration with agency partners, including content calendar execution, comment moderation, consumer inquiries, and real-time engagement to build brand loyalty and advocacy

Cross-Functional & External Coordination

- Partner with internal teams and global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of new product launches and strategic initiatives.

Market & Business Analytics

- Analyze Nielsen syndicated data, point-of-sale (POS) reports, and internal performance metrics to monitor brand health, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions

Ad hoc Project Management & Administrative Support

- Manage ad-hoc requests including traceability reporting, competitive analysis and budget tracking

**Qualifications**

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in consumer-packaged goods (marketing, brand management, or related role).
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- French proficiency is an asset.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Nielsen/IRI data is an asset.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
