Job responsibilities:
**Brand Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business goals; Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market.

**Brand Communication**: Craft compelling and consistent messaging to effectively communicate the brand's story. Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment in brand messaging across marketing materials, communications, and campaigns.

**Creative Direction**:Provide creative direction for brand-related initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience align with Canadian cultures.Collaborate with design teams for the development of visuals, logos, and other brand elements.

**Market Research**:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Utilize insights to refine and enhance the brand strategy.

**Collaboration Across Teams**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to integrate brand strategies into all aspects of the business.

**Brand Performance Analysis**:
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Utilize data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in brand management or a related role. Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and implementation.
- Creative thinking: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to innovate in brand positioning.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
