**Job Description: Brand Manager**
**Position Overview**: The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the perception and visibility of the company's brand. This position requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of branding principles.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Brand Strategy Development**:
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- **Brand Identity Management**:
- Define and maintain the brand's visual and verbal identity, including logo, typography, color palette, and brand voice.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Monitor brand performance and perception, making adjustments as needed to maintain relevance and resonance with the target audience.
- **Marketing Campaigns and Communication**:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's values, products, and messaging.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content for various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- **Brand Partnerships and Collaborations**:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and objectives.
- **Brand Performance Measurement**:
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Regularly analyze brand metrics and reports to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management or marketing roles, preferably within the Retirement or Hospitality Industry.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project management and budgeting is a plus.
- Experience with Canva is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms is required
- Must have ability to drive or travel to local events
