**About Goldenfield Brewery**:
Located in Toronto, Ontario we are a new craft micro-brewery. As a team, we work hard to provide our customers with high-quality and unique craft beers.

We are in need of a Marketing and Brand Manager to join our team and contribute to the Goldenfield culture and mission in a safe and quality work environment. This role is for immediate hire.

**The Role**:
**Branding and Marketing**
- Outline a strategic plan to enhance our sales and contribute to our annual growth plan
- Identify important trends and consumer insights and use those to improve business performance and growth
- Explore growth opportunities and curate a brand marketing plan including creative development, media and communications (including social media), sponsorship activation, and establishing B2B relationships (retail channels including restaurants, grocery chains, and more) that translate to improved sales on-premises and retail
- Execute marketing campaigns that will drive sales
- Providing insights and recommendations on how to enhance growth

**Social Media Management**
- Create social media and branded content
- Build a marketing plan that enhances engagement and brand awareness
- Managing social media across multiple platforms: including generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content (i.e., photos and videos)
- Interacting with businesses and customers and being an informed voice for the brand
- Strong experience working with breweries and has strong connections and networks within retail and restaurants
- Experience in sales, project management, marketing, and business growth
- Computer savvy and a solid understanding of social media marketing including SEO, engagement, and social media platforms
- Flexible schedule
- Highly organized, motivated, and self-directed
- Able to work in a team and outgoing
- A people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative, innovative, enthusiastic, caring
- Pays attention to detail
- Eligible to work in Canada
