**How you will contribute**

You service Tradition’s customers by ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and outbound shipments are planned efficiently.

As an Order Desk Logistics Coordinator, you will:

- Receive, verify the accuracy, and process customer purchase orders in SAP.
- Prepare sales orders and inform customers of the shipping date and any possible delays.
- Review inventory records and plan shipments based on product availability.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on order fulfillment timelines.
- Coordinate with the warehouse on building loads efficiently.
- Prepare custom documents such as bill of Lading and invoice for outbound shipments.
- Schedule transportation with carriers based on warehouse dock capacity for outbound shipments.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Request quotes from carriers to determine the best rates.
- Review and approve freight bills for processing payments.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of orders and communicate with customers on order status.
- Document and review customer complaints.
- Support or lead specific Supply Chain projects as required.

**What will make you successful**
- College Diploma or Certification Program in any relevant field
- 2-5 years of previous order desk/customer service experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Previous experience working with an ERP system.
- Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Extremely analytical and resourceful.
- Ability to read and understand measurements and written/verbal instructions.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
