**Job Information**

Canda Six Fortune Enterprise Co. Ltd. is one of the leading importers and distributors of Asian food products from the Pacific Rim and other regions of the world. We are currently looking for a Logistics Dispatch Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team.

**Position Summary**:
**Working Hours**:

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 1:30PM to 10:00PM, Monday to Friday
- Support on weekends and overtime if needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and support the Driver Supervisor and Receiving Team in daily logistics operations.
- Allocate shipments to drivers and schedule appointments for pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date route schedules for deliveries.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from drivers and the sales team, resolving any issues or concerns.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate shipment preparation.
- Verify daily sales order details and prepare necessary documentation for shipments.
- Manage customer product returns and related documentation.
- Assist with receiving, loading, and unloading as required.
- Perform other warehouse administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements / Must-Haves**:

- Familiar with GTA and Out-of-town areas.
- At least 1 year of previous in warehouse logistic dispatch experience.
- Knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
- Strong ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Assets / Nice-to-Haves**:

- Previous Forklift or Electric power jack experience is an asset
- Multilingual abilities such as Cantonese or Mandarin are an asset, particularly those that enhance communication with our diverse team and international customers.
