**Position Overview**
We are looking for a **Project Coordinator** to support our project management team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of projects, coordination between teams, and effective communication with clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist project managers in planning and scheduling projects
- Prepare and track project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
- Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Support project closeout and documentation

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in construction or mechanical contracting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management software
