Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Stone and Stone. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Must have basic understanding of CAD drawings
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with QuickBooks (accounting software) is a plus
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience with software platforms such as CAD is a plus

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
