**JOB SUMMARY**:

Location: 40 Pippin Road Unit 6, Concord, Vaughan, ON, L4K 4M6
Position type: Full-time, Permanent.
**Job duties and responsibilities**:
1. Collect daily reports from the project manager and prepare a project status report.
2. Assist project managers in the daily activities.
3. Follow-up with project manager for client communication informing the clients about the project.
4. Attend walkthrough with sales representative, project manager and contractor (Project management team) and collect notes for the project work scope.
5. Working hybrid, which involves working in the office as well as on the field too as per project requirement.
6. Work with the project manager to generate a detailed work scope and timelines of the projects.
7. Collect material, take of list from project managers and coordinate with specs selection team to order the material for timely delivery to the sites.
8. Prepare contractor agreements and seek final approval from the project manager with regards to the work scope and payment schedule.
9. Prepare the payment schedule of contractors on the phase completion basis and inform the accounts department about the same to process contractor payments.
10. Coordinate with the delivery team for the timely delivery of material to all job sites on a priority basis.
11. Follow up with the sales team and obtain the detailed 3D matter port scan of the project.
12. Maintain continuous communication with contractors to know about the completion of different stages of the project.
13. Coordinate with project managers to book bins for the job sites and after booking the bins inform the project manager.
14. Coordinate with project managers and books inspections as required.
15. Obtain weekly schedule of project managers and follow up about project status accordingly.
16. Maintain good rapport with suppliers.
17. Maintain continuous communication with office.
**Qualifications and skills**:
1. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
2. 2-3 years of experience working in renovation or construction Industry.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
5. Microsoft proficient and knowledge of CRM tools.
6. Negotitation skills.
7. Excellent time management.
8. Project management skills.
9. Technical certifications are an asset.
**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
