Overview of the position: Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day office operations and for maintaining the monthly integrity of office administration and accounts. The Office Manager is also responsible for working with practitioners, vendors, law firms, ICBC, WCB and other stake holders.

What you will be doing:
Service focused personality and previous office management experience is required. Prior experience in the paramedical healthcare field is preferred, but not essential Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with multiple stakeholders. Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly. Have strong organizational skills and a general understanding of office operations.

Pay: $50,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
