Ninalen Health & Beauty Clinic – Downtown Vancouver

Ninalen Health & Beauty Clinic is a medical aesthetics and wellness clinic located in downtown Vancouver. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Medical Receptionist to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out process
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system with confidence and professionalism
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Respond to patient inquiries and direct calls appropriately
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records while ensuring patient confidentiality
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply management
  • Support practitioners and assist with daily clinic operations
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience

Qualifications

  • Strong experience answering phones and managing patient calls
  • Fluent in English – required
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
  • Experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetics clinic is an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
