The role

Your combination of creativity and organizational skills will help you manage various projects simultaneously, ensuring you meet tight deadlines. As new projects and initiatives tend to come about quickly, in order to be successful in this role, you need to be an enthusiastic team player and self-starter who can work cross-functionally with ease and is willing to employ new tactics, as needed.

This is a highly collaborative role, working with teammates, internal partners in our consumer and retail channels, external relations, corporate communications, People and Culture, leadership and more.
A typical day
- Assist in the creation and execution of strategic communications and culture-driven strategies, including the development of key messages, identifying target audiences and strategic distribution of initiatives, in collaboration with key stakeholders and senior leaders
- Write, edit, proofread and approve the messaging and design of a variety of communications pieces, within tight timeframes
- Create and distribute consistent content and brand experience across digital channels
- Coordinate the scheduling and publication of content across channels
- Monitor and advise on emerging issues, priority or project shifts and provide strategic support in real-time

Your skills/experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
- Clear, creative and strategic thinker
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate analysis into key messages and develop a cohesive narrative
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with senior leaders with confidence
- Ability to solicit feedback and incorporate it quickly to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently to advance assignments
- Fluency in French is an asset

- This position requires the successful completion of a criminal background check
