If you have experience executing effective PR communication, media relations, social media and influencer engagement programs that deliver measurable results and meet business objectives, we want to hear from you. Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Communications Specialist will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, BD, Product & UX and People & Culture to deliver strategic briefs. The Communications Specialist will be a relationship builder responsible for partnering across Product, Customer Support (our patient user base), Clinical Operations (our doctor and health practitioner network) and Business Development to balance short-term tactical needs with long-term sustainable growth for the business. As the Communications Specialist, you will demonstrate exceptional communications abilities, delivering content that is not only clear and concise but also highly persuasive. You will maintain current knowledge of emerging industry trends and competitive analysis while ensuring brand editorial guidelines, accessibility, and medical and legal requirements are adhered to. **Critical to success** in this role will be your demonstrated ability to execute public relations communications programs that influence public opinion and deliver business results. Your passion for achieving communication objectives, combined with your strategic thinking, will drive the impact of our messaging while your ability to manage complexity will enable you to anticipate and adeptly manage any potential blockers. You will proactively find solutions across lofi concept development, production, and delivery phases, ensuring that our communications initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively. **_ Note: _**: - a healthcare background is not required for this position, however, it may be considered an asset depending on the level of experience. _ **12 - 18 MONTH DELIVERABLES**: - Within 90 days, they will have reset our media outreach and monitoring approach and evaluated the metrics against earned media, referral, organic and direct to help inform their understanding of what needs to be adjusted and tested next. The result will be to quickly ship (we value progress not perfection), learn and identify what can be iterated on and/or scaled. - In the next 12 to 18 months, they will have implemented the appropriate messaging matrix, developed a testing calendar, tools and metrics to build, scale and grow the velocity of creating and executing regionalized targeted B2I, B2B and B2C communications programs.
