**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
Meticulous with great attention to details, the Associate Producer is responsible for producing medium complexity projects with external agencies as well as internal projects. He will have to work with the various resources to carry out the projects according to the deadlines and budgets available. He will be extremely determined to deliver tangible results in a competitive and rapidly changing environment.

**What Your Impact Will Be**:

- Ability to produce medium complexity projects from MEGA studio through e-commerce videos, marketing assets and internal videos;
- Plan, track and update the production schedule and documents;
- Work with the marketing group, the legal team and, if applicable, license partners to ensure that the assets meet the requirements;
- Gather and bundle graphic/audio assets for productions;
- Ensure assets are aligned with creative vision and brand image;
- Reservation of talent, freelancers and prototypes for filming;
- Negotiate project costs with agencies and freelancers based on allocated budgets;
- Ensure the documentation and archiving of projects is according to the established nomenclature;
- Follow department guidelines and processes;

**Qualifications**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- Knowledge of professional audio and/or video production and editing process, including post-production procedures, techniques, and standards;
- Experience working in production to understand time estimates and schedules for the tasks provided;
- Excellent eye for detail, art direction and good graphic design sense (composition, color, perspective);
- Excellent priority management and organizational skills;
- Familiarity with Project Management Software and Collaborative Tools such as Asana, Microsoft Office 365, Frame.io, Studio Binder, Shotgun, Media Valet & Workfront, for example;
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Essential;
- Knowledge of After Effects (and using Photoshop files in After Effects) isan asset;
- Experience working in an agency environment is an asset;
- Bilingual (English and French), oral and written.
