We are looking for a Media Content Producer to lead the creation and execution of our in-house productions, including paid advertising, organic content, and photography. This is a hands‑on, creative role designed for someone who understands both the storytelling power of visuals and their tangible impact on performance and business results. Flexible schedule and hybrid work environment Group insurance starting on day one Retirement plan with employer contributions Paid vacation, personal days, and additional holidays during the festive season Employee & corporate discounts High-impact projects across North America Creative autonomy in a collaborative environment A key position within the team On-site gym at our Saint‑Eustache headquarters Bistro that will make you want to come to the office (varied, delicious meals subsidized by Bath Fitter) Employee assistance program Social club And many more benefits to discover by joining Bath Fitter Ideal profile 3–5 years of experience in media production, with a portfolio showcasing commercial shoots and branded content Proficient in video/photo production workflows (lighting, camera operations, post‑production) and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent tools, with the ability to oversee technical teams Strong understanding of marketing objectives, paid media performance metrics, and how creative content drives conversion Proven ability to translate a creative vision into actionable production plans while respecting budgets, timelines, and brand standards Collaborative leadership style, strong visual intuition, pragmatic creativity — familiarity or network within Montreal’s film/photo community is a strong asset Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both English and French Your responsibilities Produce and execute in‑house media content (video, photo, digital assets) for both paid and organic channels Manage the full production process from ideation to delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and on‑set supervision Collaborate with the Creative Director, designers, and media/marketing strategists to ensure each deliverable aligns with brand identity and performance objectives Lead or support studio and on‑location shoots, overseeing directors of photography/shoots, technical crews, and talent Coordinate set design, prop sourcing, and visual styling to match campaign direction Organize and maintain the internal media library to ensure efficient access and reuse of assets Develop and nurture a network of external collaborators (directors, DPs, editors, photographers) within Montreal’s production community Analyze creative performance and optimize future productions for stronger visual impact and better campaign results This is your moment.
