We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily service calls
- Send weekly reminders for annual and monthly inspection
- Typing quotes and deficiency reports
- Price work orders for billing
- Order parts
- Filing
- Responsible for matching credit card receipts
- Responsible for various bill reports
- Responsible for cell phone for company
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and a strong command of the English language
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to handle difficult customers with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
