**Position Summary**
**List of Main Responsibilities**
- Conduct competitor and environmental scans to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
- Develop social media strategies and deliver recommendations to enhance our online presence.
- Design and create engaging social media posts and Reels to promote TCC projects.
- Create and manage a social media editorial calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content.
- Optimize social media content for daily feeds according to the agreed-upon strategy.
- Direct social media shoots and develop captivating social videos.
- Conduct live social media coverage and interviews as required.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and in-depth performance reviews, providing valuable insights.
- Create visually appealing print and digital materials that align with our brand guidelines.
- Produce vertical videos suitable for Instagram and TikTok with a targeted delivery rate.
- Develop long-form YouTube videos to engage our audience.
- Manage content strategy, concept development, on-site production, post-production services, and digital delivery of final videos.
- Strategically plan and execute paid advertising campaigns for lead generation and client engagement.
- Develop an always-on paid media strategy across identified channels.
- Collaborate with existing assets to design ads for campaigns, promoted posts, and ad-hoc requests.
- Provide ongoing support and collaborate with the paid media specialist to deliver monthly and post-campaign reporting.
- Collect information about current and new pre-construction projects from developers and marketing agencies.
- Ensure The Condo Company's database is continuously updated with the latest project information.
- Support Ferrow's administration team and assist in maintaining the brokerage's CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate broker presentations to showcase new pre-construction projects.
- Identify and coordinate other events for agents to attend.
- Provide support to agents with their pre-construction inquiries.
**List of Key Qualifications**
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes the initiative and anticipates needs.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment and able to handle diverse workloads.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment with limited guidance.
- Excellent time management, organization, and verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated competency and experience with social media marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience with a focus on social media, paid advertising/ lead generation and graphic design.
- Experience in the real estate industry is considered an asset.
