We are seeking a **Digital Marketing Specialist** with **at least 3 years of hands-on experience** who can work independently and lead our digital efforts across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and ultimately support business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across **Google Ads**, **Facebook**, **Instagram**, **LinkedIn**, **YouTube**, and **TikTok**:

- Develop SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings
- Create, manage, and update engaging **website content** and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate regular reports
- Collaborate on content calendars for social media and blogs
- Design basic **graphics and videos** for digital platforms using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns
- Proficient in **SEO**, **Google Ads**, and major **social media ad platforms**:

- Experience in WordPress.org
- Experience with **CMS platforms** (WordPress and Shopify)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Basic graphic design and video editing abilities
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment..

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Knowledge of lighting or home improvement industries
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead generation strategies
- Advanced video editing or animation capabilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
