We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives and help drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and store traffic across all locations.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for Cosmaroma. This role requires strong creativity, project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels.

  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, website, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate seasonal sales, promotions, and product launches.

  • Manage relationships with media partners, printers, designers, and third-party vendors.

  • Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and store locations.

  • Track campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.

  • Support the development of advertising materials including flyers, banners, signage, and digital ads.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, assets, and store communication.

  • Work closely with the operations and sales teams to support store needs and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or related industries.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) are an asset.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
