**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to provide exceptional service and enhance their skills.
- Manage retail sales initiatives to maximize revenue and promote spa products.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize scheduling and staff allocation.
- Develop training programs that enhance team performance and service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer service through effective phone etiquette and client interactions.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining quality services.
- Handle payroll processes accurately and efficiently for all spa employees.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in spa or retail management with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong skills in recruiting, training development, and team management.
- Excellent time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and payroll management is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated proficiency in retail sales strategies to drive product sales within the spa environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with clients and staff alike.
- Food and Beverage experience required

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
