Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spa Coordinator to join our team. As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing spa appointments, and promoting retail sales. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule spa appointments and manage the appointment book
- Provide information to clients about available spa services and products
- Promote retail sales by recommending products to clients based on their needs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Cash handling experience and proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$23.94 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
