**Spa Assistant Manager Job Opening**

**Typical Day**:

- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Train Spa Associates and hold them accountable
- Perform various other duties to meet the goals of the spa

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 2 years experience in leadership in operations and/or customer service and management preferred
- This is a fulltime position and expected to be available for weekend and evenings
- Able to come up with initiatives while embracing the goals of the organization and leadership
- Display a positive, energetic attitude
- Be a team player
- Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
- Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office
- Ability to multitask

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
