**The Position**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Addressing customer service inquiries
- Researching publications
- Fulfilling orders
- Building relationships with customers
- Providing professional and excellent customer service at all times

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1 - 2 years of office-based call center or customer service experience
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with inventory management software is considered an asset
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing good customer service
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- French language an asset
