Due to our continued success, we are seeking an Customer Service Representative to join our Packaging Systems Group in Winnipeg, Manitoba (2073 Logan Ave. Unit 6).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Initiate credit/debits for returned goods, price discrepancies, taxes, etc.
- Assist with customer orders and inquiries
- Expedite orders and collect on past due accounts to provide prompt release of orders when necessary
- Initiate consignment paperwork for sales staff
- Work closely with Sales Representatives
- Communicate with Supervisor when customer issues arise in order to ensure customer satisfaction
- Additional office duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Three years of inside sales, customer service or related work experience is an asset
- Education in office administration is an asset but not required
- Some metals experience is preferred but not required
- Some web based ERP system experience is an asset
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to work independently
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Note: This is an in the office position.
