We are a local small business in a fast paced industry seeking a Customer Service Representative.

In this position, you will be the main contact for customers on various requests in a timely manner and working with our operations team to ensure daily targets are met and exceeded in an efficient manner.

This position requires a high level of organization, and the ability to work independently and as a team. Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft outlook, excel, word and quick to learn computer based programs is also a requirement.

The ability to complete all core responsibilities on a daily basis is required, while priorities may change, being organized enough to adapt, get the duties done and see any additional assignments through to completion.

This position is Monday to Friday 8 hours a day, overtime may be required from time to time.

If you are highly organized, able to adapt in a fast paced environment and like to handle challenges head on, please respond with your resume outlining your experience.

**Salary**: $18.50/hour
