We’re now seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and enhance our brand presence across both digital and physical channels. **The Role** This is a hybrid role combining **brand marketing**, **digital strategy**, and, to a lesser extent, **community activation**. You'll own the marketing calendar, plan and launch campaigns, manage ecommerce touchpoints, and bring the brand to life through content, social, events, and documenting local activations. You’ll report directly to leadership and collaborate across departments, but you’ll be the go-to for all things digital marketing. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in both creative and analytical work, knows how to build community, and understands what makes the snow, bike, surf, and skate enthusiasts tick. **What You’ll Do** **Campaigns & Content** - Build and manage an integrated marketing calendar across seasons and platforms - Create compelling copy and visuals that reflect our brand tone and customer lifestyle **Community & Events** - Document and curate content at recurring events and one-off activations in Whistler and the Lower Mainland. - Lead brand collaborations and product drops - Drive in-store marketing and support local retail promotions digitally **Digital & Ecommerce** - Optimize website performance and UX (Shopify) - Manage SEO/SEM strategies to drive online traffic and conversions - Evaluate analytics, run A/B tests, and report on performance to inform future strategies - Explore opportunities with third-party sellers (e.g., eBay) **What You Bring** - 3-5+ years in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management - Deep familiarity with outdoor, ski, snowboard, surf or bike culture - Strong command of digital tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, etc. - Excellent communication, copywriting, and content development skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment - Passion for the outdoors—you live the lifestyle we represent **Perks & Benefits** - Competitive salary: $60-70K + bonus program - 3 weeks paid vacation - 50% company-paid health & dental coverage - Industry perks: shared mountain passes, - Pro deals on all bike, snow, surf, and outdoor brands we carry - Big creative freedom and the opportunity to make your mark **Let’s Go.** Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Bonus pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2025-08-01 Expected start date: 2025-08-11
