About the Job

Rely Digital is seeking a self-starter and motivated digital marketing professional, who will support the execution of paid advertising campaigns across a wide range of marketing channels. This is an opportunity to flourish within the field of digital marketing and data analytics.

Work arrangement:

mostly on-site, with 2 - 3 remote days per week.

Anticipated start date:

Monday, January 5th, 2026

Job Description

This role is a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of a fast-paced digital marketing agency. You will be reporting to our Growth Marketing Manager in a full-time capacity for an 8-month term. You will receive training in ads technical management and as you gain experience, the scope of your role will include brand management and social media strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a curious mindset and feels excited to take on new challenges. 

Day to Day Tasks

  • Execute optimizations of various paid campaigns across social, search, display, video, etc.
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns.
  • Deliver reports and slide decks for clients.
  • Evaluate marketing technology to drive efficiency in campaigns.
  • Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to drive changes in performance.
  • Provide copywriting for various clients and industries.
  • Manage social media and drive organic web traffic.
  • Research relevant industry marketing trends and write educational blog content.

Requirements

  • Interested in marketing or paid ads as a career.
  • A self-starter who can thrive both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, being able to unify language under a consistent brand messaging to multiple target audiences.
  • Past ad creation using Google, Meta, Pinterest, or TikTok Ads Manager experience is an asset.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are an asset.
