**Our team is seeking a talented and passionate marketing project manager** who is experienced and able to coordinate with our clients. As a full-time manager, you will be working closely with our marketing and operations team.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end project management, leading projects of all sizes and delivering on time and on budget
- Manage all stages of project delivery from client briefing and discovery through development and delivery, including a critical assessment of project requirements, detailed proposals including budget breakdowns and detailed project schedules to track / efficiently deliver projects
- Manage delivery team, including third parties where necessary
- Participate in the resourcing process for the agency and act as the internal resource management lead
- Proactively solve problems using critical thinking
- Champion the quality and accuracy of all agency outputs by reviewing and auditing all deliverables
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including set-up procedures, project scopes, plans, timelines, schedules, risk registrar, cost estimates and issues log
- Organize written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders, establishing guidelines and driving open communication at every step of the process
- Lead and participate in internal and external meetings, kick offs, scrums, wrap ups, etc.
- Work with Project Management Team Lead, understand and evaluate project profitability
- Striving to find efficiencies in day-to-day processes and recommending improvements as needed
- Submit and track weekly timesheets, reporting on project health and burn rates
- Act as the client's point of contact in the absence of an account manager
- A very strong handle of the English language and the ability to write perfectly in English
- At least 3 years of experience working in an agency environment as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding and experience of the project management process
- Organization, self-discipline, and the ability to manage multiple articles simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and website development
- Experience in leadership and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience using project management software, such as Teamwork

**Qualifications**
- Project management or production experience in an agency or similar environment
- 3 years experience with digital marketing, SEO, PPC and SMM
- Solid understanding of production and the creative development process, content production, technology, quality assurance testing and marketing methodologies
- A professional and approachable demeanor, and the ability to thrive in the dynamic highly matrixed agency environment
- Ability to manage small projects or components of complex project, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budget

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
