We are looking for our next manager of Hospitality Partnerships in NoAM. As the Manager of Hospitality Partnerships for North America, you will lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships within the hospitality sector. Your primary focus will be to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, driving business growth and maximizing collaboration opportunities.
**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Identify, assess, and initiate partnerships with hotels, restaurants, resorts, and other hospitality entities in alignment with the company's objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within partner organizations to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while adhering to company guidelines and policies.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand visibility within the hospitality sector.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of partnership professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual project goals and targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product, and operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports, forecasts and insights to stakeholders and leveraging data to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify potential partnerships and events in the partnerships space and capitalize on market developments.
**What you'll be bringing to the team**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience as a Team Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- This position requires a proactive individual with excellent networking abilities and a deep understanding of the hospitality landscape.
