with deep experience in the creator, influencer, and streamer ecosystem — someone who not only understands this space but is excited to build it into a major growth channel within our business.This role leads the execution, expansion, and performance optimization of our creator partnerships, with a heavy emphasis on creators, influencers, streamers and community-driven media.You will own and grow your own creator-focused partner portfolio — responsible for recruiting, activating, and scaling creator traffic while improving efficiency and keeping us ahead of market trends.What You'll Responsibilities:Creator Partner Program GrowthIdentify, recruit, and onboard creators, influencers, and streamers across iGaming, sports, entertainment, and adjacent verticalsBuild scalable creator programs across platforms such as Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and emerging social channelsNegotiate payout structures, terms, incentives, and content deliverablesLaunch, monitor, and optimize creator-led campaigns aligned with CPA, CPI, CPL, LTV, and ROI goalsPerformance OptimizationOwn the performance pipeline for creator traffic — from content execution to conversionAnalyze creator-specific performance metrics and implement optimization playbooksRun A/B tests across creative, landing pages, funnels, and incentivesIdentify top creators, emerging talent, and growth opportunities across the ecosystemCreator & Publisher Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for creator partnersMaintain high-touch communication via Slack, email, DM, and callsCoach creators on best-performing content formats, scripts, angles, and audience engagement strategiesBuild long-term, trust-driven partnerships that drive mutual growthCreator & Platform IntelligenceStay embedded in the creator ecosystem — trends, platform shifts, monetization changes, talent pipelines, new networks, etc.Identify new creator tools, UGC platforms, influencer marketplaces, and talent managersProactively share insights that help inform strategy, creative direction, and audience segmentationRequired Experience & Skills:3–5+ years managing creator, influencer, or streamer relationships (agency, brand, or talent management experience a plus)Strong understanding of creator monetization, publisher models, and conversion-driven performance campaignsHands-on experience with publisher platforms, tracking platforms, and performance analyticsFamiliarity with Twitch, Kick, YouTube Creators, TikTok creators, and social influencer ecosystemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and recommendationsHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes
