You will join small but effective team responsible for training products and partnerships. While ensuring constant innovation and enhancement in accordance with aviation industry needs, team is also responsible for building partnerships with other organizations in order to accelerate and expand access to knowledge.

You will report to the Senior Manager Partnerships, Products IATA Training.

What your day would be like
- Identify new business opportunities to develop and expand the network of IATA authorized training centers
- In close cooperation with the Senior Manager Training Partnership, develop, implement, and maintain standards and processes for the authorization of training centers.
- Recommend improvements to ensure that the authorization process supports the business objectives and CP&S-TRNG-Product Management
- Monitor the training network sales performances, develop incentive scheme program, and coordinate marketing activities
- Maintain and develop efficient customer relationships through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen their relationship with partners
- Liaise closely with Marketing, Product Managers and IATA Regions regarding network expansion, training requirements and marketing campaigns
- Liaise with Legal Services for the contracts
- Manage financial aspects such as: timely billing of accreditation fees, royalty fees, etc.
- Contribute to the monthly training brief, and IATA Training
- Any other tasks as requested by the Senior Manager Training Partnership, Head Training Product Management, or Director of IATA Training
- Contribute actively to industry meetings and events

We would love to hear from you if
- At least 6 years of Work experience in an international and multicultural environment
- Solid working knowledge of the endorsed training organizations concept and/or personnel licensing
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail, meeting deadlines
- Excellent customer orientation
- Highly computer literate: good PC skills, particularly in MS Office. Familiarity with IT systems such as SAP, SharePoint, Learning Management systems and other Analytics Tools is a definite asset
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a high-pressure, multicultural, and international environment
- Experience in the air transport industry would be an asset
