About the role

We're looking to hire a Community, Partnerships & Influencer Manager to join our marketing team. This team member will develop and execute the social media strategy, the partnerships and and the influencer marketing. Someone with excellent communication skills, business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, who is analytical, creative, and can work autonomously. Someone who is able to identify industry trends, build strong relationships with partners and is able to support the campaign creation with authentic storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You’ll develop, align & manage strategy for social media, influencers, podcasts, content and partnerships to contribute to the overarching goal of increasing oxio’s brand awareness.- You’ll maximize budget allocation based on the key drivers of engagement, awareness and conversion through a test and learn approach and continuous optimization of ROI.- You’ll stay connected with best practices, emerging social media platforms, strategies, and industry standards and how they can connect to overall brand strategies.- You’ll contribute to the success of oxio’s business goals.

Social media / community management:
- You’ll build a robust organic social media strategy, process and roadmap in order to increase oxio’s growth of subscribers on our social media channels, drive traffic to our website and deliver on conversion targets.- You’ll work with UGC, influencers and our creative agency to create branded and engaging content while maintaining low production cost without compromising on quality.- You’ll bridge the gap between organic social earned and paid strategies along with the performance marketer.- You’ll have to ensure a constant cadence of content, with a heavy focus on Instagram and TikTok, but will also manage Facebook and LinkedIn platforms.- You’ll be responsible to monitor social media KPI through reporting - develop reports, track performance (including, but not limited to: reach, impressions, mentions, earned traffic, etc.) and share with the broader team.- You’ll supervise the work of the Customer Care team to ensure media responses are in alignment with the voice and tone of the brand and that we respond in a timely manner to issues that could hurt our brand reputation.- You’ll track market trends and ensure oxio is a part of relevant conversations.- You’ll track and outline how topics in the news and on social media might impact oxio. You’ll suggest next steps and respond in a timely fashion.

Influencer & Partnerships:
- You’ll identify, establish and execute on opportunities that build brand and awareness through key industry influencers.- You’ll develop an influencer community (micro -mid-tier) for oxio to create strong brand advocates aligned with our areas of focus and communication pillar.- You’ll seek new and innovative partnerships that will align with our brand values and you’ll utilize that to leverage brand awareness.- You’ll oversee activities from influencer/partnership discovery to contract negotiation, strategic briefing and creative production.- You’ll monitor, test, learn and adjust based on conversion & ROAS

Content strategy :- You'll ensure a compelling and cohesive content strategy across all our communication touchpoints, both earned and paid.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS- You have experience implementing innovative communication strategies with a focus on results.- You have top-notch written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.- Bilingualism required (FR/EN). The person will need to collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.- You show phenomenal attention to detail.- You self-motivate and adapt with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced, team-oriented environment.- You have experience collaborating with broader marketing teams and multiple cross-functional teams, including internal and external partners.- You bring a positive attitude and a thirst for results.

ACADEMIC TRAINING- Bachelor degree or certificate of equivalency in marketing, communications or similar field
