As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated **Sales Representative / Business Development Specialist** to join our dynamic team and help us continue to thrive as a trusted partner in the foodservice industry.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **motivated, relationship-driven sales professional** with proven B2B experience to manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities. This is a hybrid role that combines **strategic business development, account management, and on-the-ground sales** — perfect for someone who is passionate about food, hospitality, and driving results.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Development & Sales Growth**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in restaurants, hotels, retail, and wholesale sectors.
- Conduct cold calls, sales visits, and presentations to generate leads and close deals.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with chefs, restaurant groups, and foodservice partners.
- Provide personalized support, tailored programs, and menu consultations to maximize customer value.
- Regularly check in with clients, resolving issues quickly and ensuring exceptional service.

**Collaboration & Service Excellence**
- Work closely with operations to guarantee order accuracy, on-time deliveries, and consistent quality.
- Partner with marketing to align strategies and support promotions or special campaigns.
- Share customer insights with internal teams to enhance service delivery and product offerings.

**Accountability & Reporting**
- Attend sales meetings, customer appointments, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete paperwork promptly.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **2+ years of proven B2B sales success**, ideally within foodservice, hospitality, or produce distribution.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills** with the ability to close deals.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for service and relationship building.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and basic marketing principles.
- Knowledge of produce, foodservice operations, or menu planning is a strong asset.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to meet clients.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
