Business Development Executive

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to bring in new business clients who require staffing support. Your only responsibility is client acquisition—no recruiting or HR duties involved.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage businesses in need of staffing services.
- Present and promote our staffing solutions to potential clients.
- Secure client contracts and partnerships.
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales, business development, or client acquisition experience
- Background in staffing, logistics, or B2B services is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and hit targets
**Compensation**:
- 100% Commission-Based
- Earn a percentage on each client you successfully bring in
- Unlimited earning potential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
