**Client Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Tailor, implement, and adjust sales strategies and tactics to meet evolving business goals
- Develop a rapport with the clientele, understand their needs and preferences, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the organization and Phoenix's brand at all times
- Nurture qualified leads to move them through the sales funnel
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, negotiate terms and agreements with customers to secure sales, and achieve sales targets
- Address objections, concerns, and questions from prospects in an effective manner, and act on customer feedback to enhance the quality of the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve company objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contracts

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work full-time Monday-Friday
- Must be eligible to work 40 hours per week
- Must be willing to work in-person and commute to our North York office daily
- Must have a Personal car and a valid driver's license
- 1-3 years of experience in sales is required
- Must be comfortable to work independently and make minor decisions without supervision
- Knowledge of customer service practices and a desire for professional development
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment is a must
- Excellent customer service skills are essential

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M3B 1Z4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
