You are a highly motivated and organized self-starter with an eye for detail, able to support our Customers and Account Executives alike. We promote diversity and inclusion and respect the rights of every individual to work to their highest potential, free of discrimination.** A sample of what you’ll be doing? - Maintaining CRM records, quotes and contact information. - Completing file preparation for new leases, extensions, assignments and security agreements. - Reaching out to clients regarding regularly scheduled communication touchpoints and follow ups including Lease Maturity Letters. - Review vehicle contracts and ensure department files are complete and properly prepared. - Provide administrative support to Account Executives and Sales Director. - Assist with Delivery Board tracking. - Be the CRM guru and work with the Sales Team to manage CRM ensuring workflow efficiency. - Confirm insurance coverage on all vehicle deliveries. - PPSA registrations, renewals, discharges, partial discharges, amendments and searches **Culture Matters.
